Job Title: Module Engineer - Process Excellence

Description:

As a skilled engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance and reliability of tools in our Diffusion module.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Handling on-duty tasks and performing fundamental alarm troubleshooting to identify root causes and resolve critical equipment issues promptly.
  • Executing tool handovers and maintenance reporting in accordance with cleanroom standards.
  • Maintaining and repairing thermal process tools, including vertical and horizontal furnaces used for oxidation, annealing, and dopant diffusion, collaborating with engineering teams to optimize tool performance and availability.
  • Operating and maintaining ion implantation tools to introduce dopants into wafers with precise dosage and energy levels.
  • Managing spare part inventory and coordinating with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for Diffusion – Furnace (TEL & KE) and Implant (AMAT, PURION & SMIT) tools.
  • Working in rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM fields.
  • Experience in a 300mm fab environment is highly desirable.
