**Overall Job Objectives**

We are seeking dedicated and flexible **Kitchen Assistants** to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service. You will work alongside experienced cooks to prepare food and maintain high hygiene standards while contributing to the success of the kitchen.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and seasoning ingredients.
- Ensure food items are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain food safety standards.
- Safely operate kitchen appliances such as blenders, ovens, and grills.
- Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitize utensils at the end of each shift.
- Help with handling food orders and special arrangements for guests, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

**Job Specifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food-related role.
- Hygiene course certification or equivalent.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Versatile and adaptable to changing tasks.
- Experience with cold menu preparation and handling ingredients is a plus.

**Key Deliverables**
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing vegetables, chopping, and seasoning ingredients before service.
- Ensure proper storage of food items at appropriate temperatures to maintain food safety.
- Operate kitchen appliances (e.g., blenders, ovens, grills) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of food preparation areas and sanitize utensils at the end of each shift.
- Support the team by handling multiple food orders simultaneously and assisting with special arrangements or reservations as needed.
