**Position Purpose
Drives the Digital Technology Transformation agenda, from planning & design of the digitisation journey to the execution and operationalization of digital capabilities to meet the organisation’s strategic goal to accelerate with Digital.

Digital ecosystem scope covers all systems and interfaces that facilitates the collaboration, interaction and transactions with our customers digitally, bringing them the best experience McDonalds has to offer. The platforms include all electronic tool that covers websites, mobile apps, eCommerce, CRM & Loyalty, social and all related enterprise digital systems.

**Principal Accountabilities**

In addition to following the company’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, and not limited to:
Digital Thought Leadership

1. Provides digital technology thought leadership in deriving the short-, medium
- and long-term digital strategy and plan.

2. Able to communicate and influence digital technologies strategic plan and decision to business stakeholders and senior management.

3. Keeps up-to-date and creates awareness of technology developments locally and internationally; especially in areas where they could be implemented to help support business objectives.

4. Understand the digital technology capability and availability within the landscape (globally and locally), leveraging relevant resources for implementation of the right capabilities at the right time.

5. Manages and monitor all digital technology portfolio metrics.

6. Promote and drive digital awareness training within the organization.

Project Management

1. Derive and drive a prioritized digital technology portfolio of the highest-impact work aligned to business priorities and deliver the greatest consumer value. Periodically review and align with key business stakeholders on any shifts.

2. Develop the solution delivery framework:

- actively manage stakeholder expectations, proactively identify risks and find effective and creative solutions to mitigate delays to deliver faster and continuously.

3. Monitor, reflect, and learn via post project retrospectives for prioritized/complex value drops.

4. Partnership with business to understand business needs and define requirements - proposing solutions and project resourcing.

5. Leads the detailed analysis and design phases; monitor the implementation and ensure efficient operationalization of information technology systems & solutions with the designated processes in place and its execution.

6. Project manage the design and build phases of digital communications and tools including developing and managing the process for these phases, and meeting milestones from ideation through to launch.

7. Ensures projects are executed and operationalized by the tech resources and/or services providers, in partnership with cross-functional teams, according to aligned objectives, timelines & budget.

Digital Tech Operations

1. Derive plan to ensure that digital platforms operate for scalability and stability. Ensuring day2day support for infrastructure, platforms & systems that is reliable with high uptime, and with sufficient capacity supporting increasing solutions and demands.

2. Ensure that systems are well maintained and up to date with technology, equipped with adequate tools & processes from end to end - monitoring phase to recovery phase.

3. Define and report on support KPIs, ensure reports and updates are provided on the digital tech portfolio regularly. Review and ensure that the performance of the systems is meeting defined KPIs, flagged out areas for concern and put in place corrective/recovery actions.

4. Monitor and manage vendor performance within SLA, leading the monthly/quarterly technology reviews with technology team members and the vendor representatives accordingly.

People Development

1. Ongoing capability and capacity review within the digital technology team.

2. Build strong relationships and fosters teamwork among users, team members and vendors to achieve optimal performance.

3. Plan and organize workloads and assignments, review progress and direct changes as needed.

4. Recommend and develop team members’ technical, functional and leadership skills, providing guidance and coaching along their development journey.

**Requirements**:
1. Must possess recognized degree in computing related areas.

2. Possess at least 7 - 8 years of related working experience in delivering Digital or eCommerce technology capabilities; including minimum of 3 years in managerial position.

3. Must have strong technical and business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills.

4. Team leader - able to work independently as well as leading and managing others, result oriented and highly motivated to achieve goals.

5. Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and managing change.

6. Strong organisation, communication & interpersonal skills, including experience with managing and influencing stakeholders and
