Digital Technology Manager

**A. **PURPOSE OF JOB**:
The **Digital Technology Manager (DTM) **is part of the growing team at Apex Harmony Lodge (AHL) to enhance the quality of care for persons with dementia (PWD) in alignment to the vision, mission and values of AHL.

Working closely in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of AHL, the DTE plays a visionary and strategic role to meet AHL overall strategic objectivesand to enable current and future operational needs. The DTE is responsible for digital technology to enhance quality of dementia care at the lodge through harnessing technology for organisation and operations excellence to enhance quality of services and care. The **Digital **Technology Manager **will report to the Deputy CEO.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide leadership in technology related matters which include;
**_1. Process & Data management _**- Define, design and facilitate process and data management so as to enable process efficiency and to enhance user experience

**_2. Infrastructure Management _**- Plan, maintain and enhance IT infrastructure services to achieve IT system performance at the optimum level as well scalable for future expansion

**_4. Information Security & Disaster recovery management _**- Identify, Detect & Protect Lodge’s intellectual properties; Respond & RestoreLodge’s business interruption due to system outages so as to provide a secure & uninterrupted IT working platform.

**_I. ICT Management _**

b) Provide consultation, recommendation and sourcing for appropriate cost effective technological solutions to enhance quality of service and care.

c) Monitor and review all signed ICT vendor related services to ensure accuracy and appropriate (Service Level Agreement) SLA has been met.

d) Stringent check on IT systems security and cybersecurity.

e) Be first line of helpdesk support and to escalate to appropriate vendors accordingly.

f) Maintain ICT systems, including IT Roadmap enhancements, technology refresh and system resiliency

g) Liaise, coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers of IT services.

h) Provide contingencies for critical ICT systems or services from a IT disaster recovery perspective

i) Ensure adherence of business rules, systems workflow and processes to enable effective process and data integration

**II. Planning, Organisation and Supervision**

a) Co-own the Lodge Wide 3 Years Information Communication & Technology (ICT) program. Be involved in all new technologies adopted by the Lodge

b) Provide consultation and recommendation in technology and IT solution adoption to enhance quality of services and care, such as review vendors to ensure value for money

c) Ensure availability, reliability & redundancy of critical ICT systems and services

d) Provide ICT technical and technological support for emerging business needs

e) Provide contingencies and recovery plan for critical IT services

f) Track and ensure adherence to proper licensing schemes.

g) Represent the Lodge in IngoT Consortium.

**_III. Data & Information Management _**

a) Collect and collate data relating to cost, consumption, performances, and assets to facilitate trending for decision making process by management.

b) Perform data retrieval per management request for analysis and interpretations to support Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance and Management Reporting needs.

c) Facilitate ICT governance audit

d) Conduct ICT related induction for new staff and to retrieve all company IT assets upon staff departure.
