**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Local administrative duties related to sales and rental of the Singapore team.
- Handle, coordinate lifting test (LM/LP/ LG) certification with service team and P.E engineer.
- Submission, coordinate of engine emission to National Environmental Agency (NEA) for sales/ rental of machines for the Singapore team.
- Provide immediate response to client’s enquiries, concerns over the phone and divert enquiries to the Singapore sales & rental team.
- Assist in monthly invoicing and audit check as required.
- Able to support in creating sales and rental quotations for the Singapore sales & rental team.
- Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned.
- Perform Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC / GCE O-Level / Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant administrative work experience.
- Service orientated.
- Able to work in Tuas area.
- Understanding of keyboard shortcuts and techniques to navigate between programs.
- Proficient in Google Office suite and Google Spreadsheet.
- Team player & supportive of both sales and operational needs.
