Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Waka Waka Singapore family. The main job responsibilities as listed below, but not limited to these:

- To prepare and update company policies and guidelines, ensuring staff compliance
- To develop and follow up on marketing strategies for revenue enhancements
- Responsible to review the party package for every 6 months
- Responsible to find external vendor for partnership and consignment basis
- To oversees kitchen operations and menu planning
- To facilitate party and workshop training
- To ensure that the daily operation is run smoothly
- To ensure that the daily sales report is submitted accurately
- Prepare Month-End-Report
- To undertake full responsibility for petty cash and incentive claims while on duty
- To generate and train staff on new packages and promotions
- To process all hiring and interviews for the playground
- Responsible for staff development through training programmes, supervision and maintenance of grooming and conduct standards of staff
- Ensure the staff adhere the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the staff handbook, policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed
- To maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times
- To deal with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
- To initiate and maintain effective communication within the staff
- To be familiar with the entire playground and to comply to policies and procedures setup by the Waka Waka Management at all times
- Any administrative duties as assigned
