Account Manager/sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close deals professionally
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Conduct on-site visits to track project progress and resolve issues
- Attend exhibitions and industry events to represent the company
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Travel regionally and internationally as required for projects and client meetings

**Job Requirements**
- Entry-level applicants and non-degree holders are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max are an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and possesses good work ethics
- Comfortable with both local and overseas travel

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
