Job Description

As a Business Immigration Analyst within a high performing immigration team, you will be provided an excellent platform to learn the technical aspects of immigration law and regulations in Singapore. You will take on a consultative approach with clients by sharing knowledge and advice and will be well supported with resources to maximise work efficiencies. **Responsibilities**:
Immigration Advisory

Case Management - Review instructions and information for each case. Research, prepare and formulate advice for clients regarding work and residency authorisations, business visits and work pass exempt activities. Update firm’s case management system and maintenance of client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols. Assist in compiling metrics/reports as required under contractual agreement with respective clients.

Subject Matter Expert - Routine contact with clients and the local authorities. Keep clients well informed on any issues or changes to regulations or visa processes as required.

Let’s talk if you have the following:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Ideally with 2-4 years’ work experiences, ideally with exposure within immigration or international mobility
- Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail, possesses a client service mentality and demonstrates strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
