Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring compliance and enhancing client service? Fragomen, a global leader in immigration and compliance services, is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst - Advisory & Compliance (WorkRight) to support the execution of our cutting-edge WorkRight employment verification platform.

This critical role ensures clients receive high-quality, efficient, and compliant right-to-work verification services. As part of the WorkRight team, you’ll contribute to process excellence, client engagement, and continuous innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Service & Relationship Management
- Review WorkRight verification checks requiring further assessment
- Escalate unresponsive individuals to client HR teams per protocol
- Advise on recurring issues for system improvement
- Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical thinking

Operational Excellence
- Guide clients through the WorkRight platform with technical understanding
- Identify verification issues proactively and propose efficient solutions
- Support continuous improvement of verification processes
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and client requirements

Communication
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders
- Actively listen and respond to colleague and client inquiries

Teamwork & Leadership
- Share insights on right-to-work processes and case updates
- Thrive in a culturally diverse environment
- Adapt to changing policies, volumes, and expectations with professionalism

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a structured, professional environment
- Experience in immigration, visa processing, or case management is a plus
- Proficiency in English (a second language is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- A deep commitment to confidentiality, agility, innovation, and service excellence.
