Looking for enthusiastic, cheerful and motivated Pastry Commis Chef to be part of our local culinary team for new outlets and existing outlets. Opportunities for growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Production of Chocolates, confectionaries, cakes, pastries
- Take care of inventory and report low/depleted ingredients for production.
- Able to report to upper management.
- Have high quality assurance in the production kitchen
- Ensure compliance AVA hygiene, sanitation and safety standards in kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and team player individual
- Fluent in English or Mandarin: written and spoken
- Second language would be a bonus: Mandarin
- Possess a valid basic food safety certification
