
Senior HR Executive

The incumbent is primarily responsible for the company’s training programs and courses, and facilitates the development of the employees to equip them with the necessary competencies to meet business needs.
- Conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis. Partner and engage with stakeholders to identify current and future learning needs to meet business requirements.
- Implement company training plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses.
- Deliver internal courses to facilitate the acquisition of soft skills where necessary
- Handle L&D-related matters involving training administration & tracking, coordination, submission, monitoring of training grants, and internal/external audits requirements.
- Source external training vendors to deliver appropriate learning events
- Logistics preparation for internal and external training
- Provide support on HR related projects and assignments
- Any other related works as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant L&D experience
- Preferably with experience in designing and developing of training content, methodologies, and delivery methods
- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Proficient in MS office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
