**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
You'll build on your core content design skills in writing and information architecture, but there's more to it. You'll help teams learn about the value and practice of content design through impactful work.

Here's what you'll do:

- Dive right in, tackling day-to-day content design and writing tasks across various digital projects.
- Craft clear, engaging, and cohesive content for both client-facing and internal platforms that aligns with our brand voice.
- Weigh benefits and drawbacks related to content decisions and provide recommendations that focus on impactful outcomes.
- Show that you really understand different types of users with research, data, and analytics to make informed content decisions.
- Gradually expand your scope to contribute to more complex, strategic content initiatives as you deepen your understanding of our ecosystem.
- Partner with our product designers, researchers, squads, and stakeholders to drive projects forward.
- Collaborate with senior content designer to enhance our content design system and practices over time.
- Work openly and share often, helping teams learn about content design best practices and key considerations.
- Document your thought process in an accessible and easy-to-understand way, making it simple for others to provide feedback.
- Contribute valuable feedback regularly, both in daily interactions and during design critiques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
