**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We believe great content design is more than just words; it's about creating stories that inspire, educate, and connect. As a Content Designer, you won't just write - you'll be a visionary shaping experiences.

Here, you'll take on exciting challenges in our tightly regulated private banking world. Your impact will extend beyond clients; you'll also shape our internal teams and systems. Your creative talents will bridge the gap between client needs and our internal processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging story that benefits everyone.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

You'll build on your core content design skills in writing and information architecture, but there's more to it. You'll explore new frontiers like AI / LLM and finding fresh ways to engage people in our products and services.

For instance:

- You'll set and evolve content design standards, establishing best practices that resonate bank-wide.
- You'll develop comprehensive content strategy, envisioning long-term goals while identifying immediate milestones to enhance our practice.
- You'll foster collaboration across teams - because great work needs great partners. We say: crafting is easy, but bringing people together isn't.
- You'll help us reimagine our systems, leading multi-year, high-impact projects, driving content strategy across client and internal platforms for a seamless banking experience.

***KEY RESPONSIBILITY**

Lead content strategy development and execution for client-facing and internal banking platforms, aligning with product strategies and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive innovative content solutions.

Manage content projects from concept to completion, where relevant, leveraging research, data, journeys, and strategic content planning.

Craft inclusive, brand-consistent content for global audiences and consideration for localisation.

Contribute to long-term content strategy, prioritising initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Mentor and support the content design team, promoting continuous learning and resilience in the face of industry challenges.
