**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Manager** to join our team. This structured programme provides individuals with the opportunity to undergo training and take on a key sales leadership role in the fast-growing corporate health sector.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while contributing to the success of Singapore’s health and wellness initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to achieve revenue growth.
- Identify potential business opportunities and build a robust pipeline within the corporate health and wellness sector.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and operational deliverables.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitive activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Participate in CCP training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge for effective sales management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience in in HR, recruitment, healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for corporate health and wellness solutions is highly advantageous.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
