**About the Team**:
Global Real Estate (GRE) is the department under the Tier Two umbrella organization RE&F with the aim of creating a safe, healthy, efficient workplace experience to support the local business growth of the company. We've grown into multiple teams that deliver on different functions to support the life cycle of real estate programs in various regions/countries. Here, we are dedicated to providing better spaces that create enabling environments for our employees.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a CRE senior head to take charge of all Real Estate and Facilities service of corporate across APAC region, oversee portfolio of workspace related activities which include workspace strategy, the management of office facilities, office construction projects and office leasing etc. Your main responsibility is to follow-up the company's expanding footprint and support all internal business users for their workplace needs, including office-leasing, preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring facilities are safe and well functioning.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the portfolio of sites in APAC, make sure timely action is carried out by respective teams on lease, fitout, and facilities.
2. Close work with all the team, to well understand company's culture and real needs from company, establish local CRE team to support local business, and establish good community channels with local business users to ensure teams have the right direction.
3. By following company guidelines, develop and implement local routines to execute leasing transactions, fitout project execution, facility maintenance in a safe, quality, timely, and economical manner.
5. Work with Strategic & Occupancy planner and provide solutions for short to longer term strategy.
6. Engage with business leaders and understand the businesses needs, provide business input and guidance to team to shortlist best solutions from business, operations and cost perspective.
7. Work with Corporate Legal/Tax/ to manage contracts, work with HR/OC to ensure design could meet cultural standards, work with IT/Admin/Procurement team to make sure projects go ahead smoothly.
8. Looking over the energy utilization and the cash flow. Effective strategies should be conducted on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Financial risks control. Maintaining financial records.
- Bachelors degree or higher degree in corporate real estate industry or related field
- 10+ years related experience with at least 5 years of management responsibilities
- Experience in managing teams in multi-sites. Exceptional communication skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skill. Both team player and individual contributor
- A track record of championing speed, flexibility and frugality in the face of rapid change and extremely heavy workload
- A team player in a cross-cultural working environment
- Experience in fast-paced and demanding industry, track record of simplifying and streamlining complex processes
