Our client is a leading diversified conglomerate with ambitious plans to expand its global footprints. As part of their growth strategy, they will be building their Real Estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Real Estate investor to provide leadership and strategic directions to achieve their ambition.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the CEO, you will chart a new phase of growth for their Real Estate portfolio. You will lead the investment mandate and transaction cycles across multiple asset classes, including but not limited to industrial, commercial and hospitality. In addition, you will formulate and execute asset management strategies to realise asset value and optimise returns.

**Requirements**:
Ideally, you have at least 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in the capacity as a Head of Investment. You have a proven track record in real estate transactions in multiple asset classes across Asia Pacific. Prior exposure to industrial assets would be highly valued. Armed with an entrepreneurial mind set, you are a trail blazer with an appetite for challenges and changes.
