**The Job**:
You will support the Learning and Development and HR Operations team in the HR Shared Services department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the enrollment for all external programmes, which includes registration, arranging payment, updating of training records, following up on evaluation submission and certificates.
- Maintain the in-house course directory on a regular basis.
- Prepare and consolidate reports and statistics for dept/management review.
- Provide data for surveys (eg. MOM, SSG) and audits (sg. SCDF, ISO)
- Handle staff welfare matters and partial HR Operations work which include conducting of reference check, on-boarding and off-boarding matters etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'A' Level / Diploma holder
- Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially in MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Experience in a Shared Services environment and knowledge of Peoplesoft system will be an advantage
