**Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - 3yrs Start Up Co.**:
**Our Client**:
They are an up and coming luxury retail lifestyle brand in Singapore.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals and IPO aspirations.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
Lead long-term financial planning, including risk management, investment opportunities, and capital structure optimization.
- **IPO Preparation**:Oversee all aspects of preparing the company for an initial public offering, including regulatory compliance, financial reporting standards, and investor relations.
Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and legal teams to ensure readiness for IPO.
Establish and maintain robust financial controls, governance structures, and reporting systems.
- **Operational Leadership**:Manage the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
Lead efforts to streamline processes and adopt technologies that enhance financial efficiency.
- **Industry and Market Insights**:Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to guide decision-making.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- **Team Building and Leadership**:Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the finance function.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally in high-growth industries.
- Proven track record of leading a company through significant growth phases, including IPO or other capital market activities is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
