Fractional Cfo

**The Company**

We are now in a fast-growth stage and looking to hire our first management team ever into the company. Although we are small headcount-wise today, but are hiring for the company we are growing into, not the company we are today. As such, this is a very senior role and reports directly to the CEO.

**Compensation**

The role will start as a fractional position paid by day rate and then grow into a full-time position over time organically. Day rate is calculated pro rata from a monthly rate of SGD 9000 full-time equivalent salary. A profit share and equity share package is included that vests annually.

**The Role**

The role is a fractional CFO that will grow into a full-time CFO of the company over time. It is suitable for a person with at least 20 years of experience in finance with industry experience in games or content-based media. The CFO role will cover over time, Treasury, Compliance, and Fund Raising/M&A; however, it will begin with a focus on Fund Raising.

You should be a strong financial mind, with experience in both private and public companies, and have the personality and gravitas to sit with large investment and funding partners and negotiate our pathway to funding and our future IPO listing within three years.

This role requires you to be a resident of Singapore.

**Essential Requirements**
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Ability to articulate complex financial models and theories easily
- Exceptional documentation skills for financial pitch documents and briefing documents
- Ability to present the company's financials and planning to investors as well as board
- Very strong financial industry connections among private equity, family offices, and the Singapore stock market a very big bonus
- Experience in going from startup to large company a very big bonus
