This innovative and progressive, privately held insurance provider is searching for a "deputy" CFO to be instrumental in running the finance function as well as guiding the companies growth agenda. Being part of the leadership team this role will be responsible for the vision of the group and making sure that the integrity of the numbers are accurate and that systems / process and controls are all in check.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is energetic and broad across their background having had regional Financial Controller roles in the past and demonstrated leadership qualities running a team. The role will look at simply everything - strategy / budgeting and forecasting / cost and expense management / looking at tax strategies for Asia Pac / implementing a framework across controls / All GAAP and IFRS standards and passionately working with the CEO / COO and CTO developing a strategic road map. Looking for 15-20 years experience and CA / CPA qualified. General insurance or having worked with broader insurance products would be highly regarded.
