  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Drive profitability and cost efficiency through rigorous financial management.
  • Support business evaluations, investment analysis, and long-term growth planning.
  • Oversee Group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
  • Proactively monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational exposures.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations)
  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to local leadership, contributing to growth, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Strengthen collaboration across commercial and operational teams to drive business success.
Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Over 12 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Regional Finance Director).
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance across diverse international markets.
  • Well verse in accounting, audit, and taxation.
