Position: Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Must have experience as a Group CFO. Qualification - Must be ICWA (CMA) in any specialization, CA qualified, or MBA in Finance.

Age: 36-42 years

Experience: 6-8 years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role as a Group CFO. Ability to handle group company accounts.

Job Description
  1. Finance, Accounting, and Commercial functions: including forex transactions, treasury, banking, SAP environment, with 15+ years in mid-sized manufacturing organizations.
  2. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Partner with CEO and executive team, analyze market data, oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for acquisitions and development projects.
  3. Capital Markets & Investor Relations
  4. Operational Finance & Performance Optimization: Analyze profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, develop KPIs, and collaborate with various departments for financial controls.
  5. Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure GAAP compliance, financial reporting, audit management, and investor/board communications.
  6. Risk Management & Insurance
  7. Technology & Data Insights: Lead adoption of financial tech, ERP, BI tools, and automation.
  8. Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing finance team.
Additional Details
  • Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)
  • Education: Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: Group CFO - 5 years required; Chartered Accountant required
