The Program Manager is responsible for effectively and profitably managing all aspects of the account by directing, guiding and providing overall leadership with respect to the program and in alignment with the site. The Program Manager develops program objectives, and initiatives to achieve short and long-term profitability goals.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with internal and external customer
- Be able to proactively identify, take action resolves all customers’ operational performance issues that impact the agreed KPI’s, SLA’s or revenue and profit goals.
- Serve as the lead point of contact and handle customers’ account management matters/ needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Closely working with 3rd party logistics ,customer’s representative and internal company’s staff members in other departments working on the same account in an effort to meet account performance objectives as well as the accounts’ expectations through complimentary cross-functional efforts.
- Report on the status of account’s movement and transactions
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly account performance to internal and external stakeholders

**Education**
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics or job-related field.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Hands on experience in managing 3 party logistics and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal form
- Excellent negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones

**Salary**: SGD 5K to SGD 6K

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
