**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer with expertise in Workday Benefits, Workday Business Process Framework & Design, and the Workday Foundation Data Model Organization Management. In this role, you will work closely with projects to gather requirements, analyze needs and design or implement best-practice technology solutions that align with their business strategies and objectives. You’ll be an integral part of helping projects leverage Workday innovations and optimize their benefits processes within the Workday platform.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Project Collaboration**:Engage directly with projects to understand their needs, gather requirements for change requests (CR) and discuss best practices for implementing technology that supports their business goals.

**Requirements Gathering & Analysis**:Conduct working sessions with projects to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday Benefits.

**Solution Design**:Create functional designs and process designs, including flow mapping and scenario design, to meet project requirements and demonstrate options using prototyping.

**Configuration & Validation**:Configure Workday Benefits solutions, demonstrate these configurations to projects and validate accuracy and functionality.

**Integration Design**:Assist in the design and setup of integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

**Testing & Issue Resolution**:Support end-to-end testing processes, troubleshoot and fix errors and ensure the smooth deployment of Workday solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Workday Benefits Expertise in configuring and managing Workday Benefits modules to align with project business requirements.
- Workday Business Process Framework & Design Strong knowledge in designing and optimizing business processes within the Workday framework.
- Workday Foundation Data Model & Organization Management. Proficiency in setting up and managing organizational structures and foundational data models within Workday.

**Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday Benefits and related modules, ideally in a consulting or project
- facing role.
- Strong understanding of Workday methodologies and Accenture best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed functional and process designs, including scenario and flow mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification in Benefits or Business Process Framework is highly desirable.
- Experience in designing integrations between Workday and other business
