As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will participate in the development of Affyn’s flagship title (and more), contributing ideas, crafting feature pitches, balancing designs and providing design support for other aspects of development.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting development and in all aspects of testing
- Implementing industry-standard QA procedures for Affyn’s games
- Creating and documentation of test cases for Affyn’s games
- Work closely with developers and vendors on QA matters
- Timely communication (replying to queries, raise red flags/risks)
- Managing in-house test devices and related hardware
- Checking and verification of game designs and expected dynamics

**Skills and Requirements**
- Proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Has a passion for playing all kinds of mobile games, especially casual to mid-core genres
- 5-10 years of experience in QA (mobile games), preferably with some experience in leading a small QA team and/or working with outsource QA teams
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Takes pride in the quality of work you deliver
- A willingness to learn new ideas and skills

**Having these are a plus**
- Knowledge in the Play-and-Earn, NFT or blockchain industry is a plus
