As a **QA Lead **, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance for Manabie's Salesforce and ERP systems. You will design and implement testing strategies, manage the QA team, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
Your expertise in **Salesforce **, **Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP) **, and **ERP workflows **will be critical in shaping our testing processes. This is a leadership role where you'll contribute to the development process, enhance testing capabilities, and mentor the QA team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quality Assurance Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Salesforce and ERP systems.**
Oversee end-to-end testing processes, ensuring coverage of all functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
Manage and validate Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP) testing.
- **Test Execution and Reporting:Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.**
Analyze and document test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Produce regular reports on test progress, defect metrics, and overall system quality.
- **Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, setting priorities and managing workloads.**
Ensure the team is aligned with project timelines and quality goals.
- **Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Tech, and Domain Specialist teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality expectations.**
Collaborate with developers to resolve defects efficiently and optimize system performance.
- **Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.**
Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance QA practices.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:At least **5 years of experience **in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Familiarity with Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) and frameworks.
Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- **Certifications**:Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications are a plus.
