DESIGNATION : [Agilent Technologies] Sales Tools & Process Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Required Software**:SAP CRM, SAP ECC

The SAJK Tier 1 Operation team supports people in the Sales, Marketing & Support functions in our regional field operations. We have a variety of responsibilities including business process management, business analysis & management reporting, and end-user support. We work in a varied systems environment with platforms including SAP, Business Information and internal and custom-built solutions & reporting tools.
- Providing first level end user support for reports, tools and processes across SAJK
- Use internal reporting systems to provide key data to the sales organization
- Be a project team member for key activities related to sales processes aimed at improving effectiveness and efficiency.
- May serve as a liaison between Information Technology, user groups and functional departments.
- Responsible for reporting, tool development and design of excel files to manage information needs.
- To create, or work with web developers to create, internal web pages.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 - 5 years of work experience in Sales data management, process improvement activities, technical support, troubleshooting, service support
- Demonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including SAP CRM and SAP ECC
- Ability to collaborate equally effectively throughout all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, and solve a broad range of system and/or workflow problems of varying scope and complexity
- Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes that may impact the business. Requires people and resource management through others, and may include leading third-party resources.
- Good English Communication, training and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Words and Excel to generate reports and custom analytics
- Ability to speak Korean language skills would be added advantage
- A continuous improvement and keen to make a difference
- Ability to analyze problems, interpret operational and financial needs, and develop creative and out-of-box solutions.
- Strong Time Management amongst multiple priorities
- Tenacious, self-starter and Technology-savvy
