**The role**

As Manager, Sales Processes and Tools, you will:

- Lead sales analytics initiatives such as migrating Qlikview to PowerBI and developing strategic reports to support sales performance management
- Support strategic digital projects & sales initiatives (e.g. Regional Top 10, One Toll Incentive, Trade Lane Focus). Lead implementation and operations of Sales Tools (e.g. Zoominfo Linkedin Sales Navigator)
- Manage and optimize the usage of market intelligence resources such as Transport Intelligence
- Manage and coach a team member responsible for sales support and reporting

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry, ideally in Sales or Sales Operations Roles
- Certification as a Salesforce administrator and knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions
- Good knowledge of MS Power BI
- Very good presentation and communication skills, including preparation of Presentation Material (Powerpoint), MS office and strong Excel skills
- Project management and process improvement experience. Ability to adapt sales processes and tools to the freight forwarding business
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
