In additional to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, your position will involve the responsiblites & duties set out as follow:
A. Worker Management

i. Manage 3 teams or 12 workers under you.

ii. Regulary review worker's performance, attitude and loyalty, terminate or issue warning or penalty according.

iii. Ensure and arrange or directly send terminated workers to airport if required.

B. Customer Managment:
i. Customer Segementation.

ii. Customer Retention.

iii. Customer Expansion.

C. Operation Management:
i. Scheduling of project logistics

ii. Material / resource planning for daily.

iii. Ensure scaffolding are erected safely by your team and inspection safe to use by supervisor before handing over to customer.

D. Leads Management

i. Follow up on all leads promptly.

ii. Send quotations and maintain good conversion rate.

iii. Alert office if invalid leads or bad customers or cannot cope with too many leads.
