- Carrying out feasibility study on projects, obtaining quotation and funding approval, and advice on technical matters for the client's premises, in relation to relevant authorities' requirements and recognized standards.
- Provide advice on the project matters and supervise during the construction stage and inspect premises after completion of construction.
- Prepare reports on the completion works.
- Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in project management works.
- Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
- Good report writing skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- Working schedule: 5-day work week.
