**(1)**
- The internship revolves around understanding what goes into developing & maintaining the expanded personalization and customization capabilities for the OCBC App and INB.
- He/She will manage day to day operations liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that personalisation banners are properly managed in our system.
- Over time, he/she will also work with the manager to measure and improve the personalisation capabilities.

**Job Description (2)**
- Execute strategic roadmap for digital products as part of the bank’s omni-channel acquisition and engagement model.
- Collaborate with various business and functional teams across divisions to deliver impactful investment solutions, digital platform features, experience and capabilities to our customers.
- Work with agile squads to develop new digital capabilities and initiatives through use of data & analytics, market trends to support digital wealth sales.

**Qualifications**

**Job Requirement (1)**
- Experience in marketing, best within the financial industry.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development.
- Familiar with HTML.
- Analytical.
- Able to build rapport with people well.
- Being open-minded.

**Job Requirement (2)**
- Hands on experience with developing marketing campaigns.
- Use of excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Data analytics and keen eye for financial data.

**Job Requirement (3)**
- Help execute digital core book of work, peer comparison.
- Digital business Heatmap updates & maintenance.
- Help PO with coordination different teams.
- Understand & create a view from Customer data & demographics etc.

**Job Requirement (4)**
- Basic understanding of Digital, Technology and Banking.
- Good communication skills.
- Open mind and eagerness to learn.
