**Why Join**

Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the risk and control management sector. As a Risk and Control Management Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the Risk and Control Manager to build/enhance key processes to tighten/build new control measures to ensure business unit adheres to the internal/regulatory requirement. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

**What you do**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support Risk and Control Manager to build/enhance key processes to tighten/build new control measures to ensure business unit adheres to the internal/regulatory requirement
- Prepare process documentation
- Assist in preparing and conducting risk awareness training
- Assist in Regulatory Reporting Projects

**Who you are**
- A degree or masters in a relevant field
- Excel in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excel in Project Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Learning Objectives**

This role will provide you with:

- Be able to learn and gain insight on GLFE business
- Be able to gain skillset in Bank Compliance areas and expose to Regulatory Requirements impacting GLFE business
