Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the digital build sector. As a Digital Build Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and testing of a new module for a consumer lending product. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as agile project development, testing, and deployment.

**What you do**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding the customer journey for the new build
- Working with various stakeholders on preparation of test cases
- Conducting test and documenting testing outcomes, including logging defects and testing rectification
- Assisting the project team for pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities
- Preparing communication contents, primarily for internal communications
- Supporting digital team for customer/internal user interface changes for any products in the bank's digital loan
- Any other work as assigned by the supervisor

**Learning Objectives**

This role will provide you with:

- An immersive experience in being part of an agile project development, translating target design to production
- End-to-end participation in the development, testing and preparatory activities for deployment and post deployment
