We are looking to hire a Application Support S to support our client in Singapore which is a **top global investment bank **.
- Liaison with multiple teams to support production incidents including business impact assessment, technical resolution, engagement, and communications
- Implementation and adherence to bank incident, problem, and change management procedures
- Schedule production release, prepare implementation plan, and hold the release review meeting
- Perform production release and coordinate production healthy check
- React on system monitoring alerts and systems events, and prioritize based on the impact
- Continuously make improvement on platform stability and operational excellence
- Support on Regulatory/audit activities

**Requirements**:

- Strong IT background on popular technologies like J2EE / WebSphere / SQL / Oracle / MQ / Linux / Windows / shell scripting
- Experience with core banking system/Workflow system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders in business and technology groups who are based in various locations as required
