Senior Executive/assistant Manager, Undergraduate

Responsibilities- Manage the full spectrum of SCSE Undergraduate Programmes- Oversee all aspects of Course Allocation for Year 4 Undergraduate students, handling Waivers & A Level/ Poly Exemptions- Assist with the management of undergraduates includes but not limited to processing admissions, scholarship renewals, registration for exams, etc.- Administrative coordinator for Year 3 & Year 4 exams
- exam question papers, marks printing & exam appeals- Assist in all course registration activities-
- Assist in the planning of timetable and course schedules- Handles Year 1 - 4 Short of Absence
- MC, compassionate & others- Input course timetable into the Academic Units (AUs) system- Handle queries from undergraduate students- Provide logistic support for all aspect of the programme- Check and ensure that all students have successfully registered for their required course after the course registration exercise, especially for graduating students- Attend to counter enquiries during scheduled timings.- Generate statistics when required- Any other duties assigned by RO
**Requirements**:
- Polytechnic diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Responsible, meticulous, proactive, analytical, resourceful.- Ability to multitask, work independently and effectively in a team.- Ability to work under pressure with multiple close and tight deadlines.
