Centre of Excellence International Trading (CEIT) is primarily focused on the flagship International Trading Programme (ITP), which provides students with the requisite soft skills, technical knowledge and business acumen necessary to succeed in exciting and rewarding careers in the entire international trading value chain.

The Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for important career and professional preparation outcomes for the students who are in the ITP CEIT, Nanyang Business School. The incumbent works closely with corporate partners and employers to assist in fulfilling employment needs and develops students to empower students to live meaningful careers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing relationships with CEIT Corporate Partners and other relevant employer partners to ensure active campus engagement activities.-
- Equipping students for effective participation in job search activities, including interviews, site visits, networking events, job fairs, corporate information sessions and other off and on-campus recruitment activities.- Career Coaching; from exploration of career pathways and upskilling opportunities, to assessing students’ career readiness through internships performance and engaging students in feedbacks and coaching sessions.- Engaging student-led ITP Club to support the club in executing workshops/ events/ programmes based on students’ needs.- Maintaining the career portal and be responsible for students’ and employers’ usage.- Tracking and reporting of data - internship placements, graduate recruitment, events/ workshops/ programmes participation.- Supporting outreach functions for admissions and marketing of the ITP programme.

**Requirements**:
- Minimally a Diploma in relevant field- At least five years of work experience- Interest in education industry and passion to work with undergraduates- Recruiting experience will be an advantage- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment- Excellent client service skills which includes the ability to effectively follow up and follow through
