**Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch**
**Job Purpose / Role**:
- To plan, steer and manage the brand and marketing strategy and programs in APAC region plus overseeing sponsorship strategy and leverage planning to ensure business objectives are met. Primary focus is on supporting the regional growth agenda in building and protecting the brand.
- Steer, collaborate and support OEs towards delivering agreed brand performance targets in a holistic approach (campaign, sponsoring, social, digital, media, corporate design, etc) - Country responsibility for Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Laos, China, and Singapore.
- Manage the regional brand infrastructure/governance and track the key drivers of portfolio performance via measurement and reporting of marketing processes.
- Drive and execute global Voice of the Customer roll out
**Key Responsibilities**:
Regional Brand Managment
- Brand guardianship, governance, greenlighting process and brand approvals. Steer and manage OE marketing and investment plans. To track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Drive global KPI to top 25 brand
- Support in fostering cross-functional collaboration (local markets/ HR/ Communications)
- Ensure quality in execution (campaign planning & implementation), including colloboration with advertising and media agencies for regional brand communication, development and execution in defined countries.
- Drive & implement strategic global brand proposition and projects
Regional Sponsoring
- Regional Lead for Olympics and Paralympics Top partner sponsorship. Management, guidance, governance and training local OEs to ensure high quality, commercially successful collaboration on the Olympic brand within the partnership.
- Manage the execution of regional sponsoring activation in collaboration with Group sponsorship assets: eg Allianz Arena, FC Bayern,
- Manage the regional Sponsoring infrastructure and governance to ensure that Allianz maximizes benefits as a sponsor and to activate and support sponsorships effectively across the relevant local markets
- Olympics and Paralympics Movements, Asia Football Confederation(AFC), FC Bayern, Formula E, DRL and other global sponsoring platforms
Regional Customer Experence
- Regional lead for Asia to roll out Voice of the Customer program in 9 OEs. 5 journeys in 18 months
- NPS - responsible for leading insights got the NPS program, guidance for OE on goal setting, improving customer experience and satisfaction
**Key Requirements**:
- 5 - 8 years of expertise in Branding related topics within an MNC preferably within Asia.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Change agent & customer orientated
- Strong understanding of regional business challenges (present & future), combined with curiosity for digital innovations;
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with several stakeholders & interfaces;
- Ability to engage key stakeholders, build support & influence outcomes in the context where Branding topics need to be driven in a matrix organization;
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, execution & problem-solving skills to succeed in a challenging & changing environment;
- Experience working in a virtual team and developing strong working relationships / network within the region;
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English, additional regional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa...) is a plus.
