**About the role**
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will partner with our Commercial Business Leaders to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute the organizational agenda and people plans with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and employee experiences across the region we operate. In this role, you will identify and develop people program that aligns to our business priorities. This role will report to the Head of Business Partner.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will partner with our Commercial Business Leaders to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute the organizational agenda and people plans with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and employee experiences across the region we operate. In this role, you will identify and develop people program that aligns to our business priorities. This role will report to the Head of Business Partner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and drive people strategy which includes performance management, employee engagement, retention, and people operations
- Provide guidance and coaching to senior leadership with regards to team engagement, and performance management
- Serve as the cross-functional partner in aligning business needs, and workforce planning through talent acquisition and internal talent succession program
- Guide leaders in making rewards decisions using performance and business data and insights, and in alignment with our total rewards philosophy and market competitiveness
- Deliver excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient management of each step of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions
- Provide insights on requirements for critical HR and technology projects, support business case scenarios to drive the betterment of employee experience and HR service delivery
**Qualifications**:
- At least 6 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role in a Tech industry
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or Management preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas, particularly OD, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Coaching
- Experience and solid understanding in working in a diverse and global organisation, leveraging on existing resources in delivering services
- Highly adaptable, resourceful & creative
- Able to organise and prioritise work effectively with mínimal guidance
- Ideally, data driven and analytical
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written
- A cheerful, positive, empathic and curious personality
