
Groupm Senior Manager, People Experience

We are currently looking for a **Senior Manager, People Experience** to join us. In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and CoE Specialists on day-to-day HR processes to deliver excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Transfers, Compensation and Benefits Administration, and Offboarding).
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Lead Singapore People Experience team to service all employees based in Singapore, to cover employee lifecycle including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Partner with the APAC Rewards team to execute and deliver compensation programs that support and maintain all company HR initiatives.
- Build People Processes, Program Excellence, and HR tools to scale People Operations to support a flexible global company.
- Formulate and implement People Programs, projects, policies, and procedures that follow all local legislation, and are aligned with our global People Strategy
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity and identification of better ways of working.
- Develop processes to detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the integrity of data throughout the organization.
- Drive the implementation of HR tools or technology and oversee their integration to ensure they are developed and leveraged to meet company information needs.
- Provide accurate and relevant advice on HR legislation and policy.
- Support the local implementation of global People initiatives and ensure that local activities are aligned with the global People strategy.
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR Operations and Payroll.
- Good people management skills.
- Leadership and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management skills to stakeholders and other advisors.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, policies, and procedures
- Good at process optimization and digitalization.
- Good command of communication, a strong ability to facilitate and manage change.
