This role reports to the Head of HR

**Measures of success - In three months, you would have**:

- A thorough understanding of the different teams at GroupM and their functions
- Started building relationships with key stakeholders
- Vendor Management of Payroll & Insurance
- Independently handle Payroll & Leave queries

**In six months, you would have**:

- Mastered the administration around confidential master documents, the staff database and payroll, ready for review at a moment’s notice
- The confidence to lead the administration of GroupM’s multiple job boards
- Built a trusting relationship with key team members in the agency and the wider Group

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Maintenance and management, with accuracy, of all human resources records recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking annual leave, sick, and personal time
- Administration of organizational charts, training database, staff lists
- Prepared weekly payroll tax reporting, monthly reconciliations, unemployment claims, Finance Reports and computed monthly bonuses. regular maintenance of the Master Salary Sheet
- Provide assistance with general payroll requests & Leave
- Manage offboarding activities End to End
- Liaise with PwC for Tax Reporting
- Independently manage Yearly taxation & Equity Reporting
- Manage Leave forfeiture and leave queries
- Manage benefits queries & independently manage year end census activities
- Total Rewards monthly activities of Stocks, JA Activities & Support Merit cycles etc..

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience in a media agency is desirable but not necessary
- Proven, strong administrative and organisational skills ideally within a previous Administrative role within the HR field
- Competent in all Microsoft office software with immediate skills in excel
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Maintain a strict confidentiality at all times
- Ability to build strong relationships across different levels
- Ability to thrive in an informal, high paced environment where priorities are constantly shifting
- Ability to adapt to different ways of working
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Ability to prioritise different projects - multi tasking
