We are currently looking for a highly driven **People Experience Specialist** to deliver excellent employee experience. In this role, you will be responsible for HR operations. This includes but not limited to, payroll processing, promotions/increments exercises, offer/employment letters, on-boarding and offboarding of employees, MOM related matters and processes (SPass/EP) as well as managing HR or Talent related technology and systems.

**In three months**:

- Building trusting and positive relationships with colleagues throughout GroupM
- Solidly navigating the organisational structure to support your stakeholder management.

**In six months**:

- Confidently and correctly advising on level 2 case management issues
- Building trusting relationships with the agencies, having established credibility as a reliable and responsive advisor.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS-Office and familiarity with HR systems
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully
- Experienced in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Well versed with Employment Act, statutory guidelines and HR related policies with accordance to MOM
- Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
