Groupm HR Operations Partner

**Overview of job**

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.

We are currently looking for a **HR Operations Partner** to join us. In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and CoE Specialists on day-to-day HR processes to deliver excellent employee experience throughout employee lifecycle (Onboarding, Transfers, Leave and benefits administration, Immigration, and Offboarding).

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance
- Review of complex cases/sensitive issues as required
- Hands on delivery for operational HR matters:

- Employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Transfer and relocation activities
- Work pass process ownership
- Employee engagement and wellness programs
- Serve as the key interface in building strong working relationships between the divisional businesses, HR business partners and the HR operations team.
- Act as the key HR contact point across stakeholders to communicate and manage HR activities
**What you will need**:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in generalist HR Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight schedules and targets
- A resilient personality with the ability to deliver against constantly evolving priorities
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and service excellence
- A team player with strong interpersonal and influencing communication skills
- Previous experience which shows you have thrived in a fast paced, diverse & dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
