- Identify opportunities to bridge connectivity across the GroupM and WPP network.
- Establish OKR's that hold leaders and managers accountable for their people's optimal performance.
***More About the Role**:
As SE Asia, Senior People Planner, you will be responsible for building and leading a strategic, business-critical resource management discipline at GroupM that drives a cultural shift towards people accountability. By developing a forward-looking, data-driven workforce strategy for SE Asia, you will identify opportunities to optimize our people first, drive diverse casting and support long term growth and performance strategies for the company.
The first-year focus will be in building the People Planning capability in **Singapore and Malaysia only**, however during that first year you will be responsible for sharing lessons learned and guidance to other SE Asia markets.
**Reporting Structure**:
This role will report into the Head of People Planning, APAC and be the primary connecting force between our Executive, Client Business, Capability, HR, and Talent leadership functions in how we successfully plan our **Singapore and Malaysia** Talent and skills to the scale and complexity of our work.
**Your Key Responsibilities in the Role**:
You will engage with People leaders across SE Asia GroupM Agencies, Centres of Value (COV) across **Singapore and Malaysia** and in time establish yourself as an integral part of the People Planning leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
- Define the structure and lead the implementation of the People Planning function in **Singapore and Malaysia**. Establish the People Planning workflow, process & best practices.
- Partnering with the Head of People Planning, APAC to shape the product vision and roll-out plan for the resourcing and delivery technology platform, providing strategic country insights to the vendor and owning the development and localisation of a central playbook for **Singapore and Malaysia**:
- In partnership with the Senior People Data Analyst, APAC, help set and implement workforce metrics for measurement and dashboard reporting with People, Finance and Executive leadership.
- Implements and matures the People Planning model in **Singapore and Malaysia**, partnering with the GroupM and Agency CPO’s
- Implement a proven process for aligning People Planning with Talent Acquisition, ensuring all internal staffing options are explored before external searches begin.
- Supporting in building a community for thought leadership in talent optimization.
- Work with the **Singapore and Malaysia** ExCo team to meet regional people OKR’s.

**Executive Leadership**
- Operate as a strategic partner to **Singapore and Malaysia **Executive Leadership and update key Operational metrics (Utilization, Realization, Talent Gaps) through dashboard reporting.
- Function as the first point of escalation for all **Singapore and Malaysia** People Planning issues; partner with **Singapore and Malaysia** Leadership to achieve resolution.
- Partners with all Agency group senior leadership to identify, counsel, manage and resolve talent issues relevant to each leader’s agency group.
- Connect with People Planning peers within the country WPP network to align and drive thought leadership and future innovation in Workforce planning.
