**Overview of job**

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an **Investment intern** to join us.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collect, update and maintain the latest media kits, rates and packages from media owners (both digital and traditional) on SharePoint
- Support the Investment team on creation of proprietary media proposals based on campaign briefs from GroupM Nexus Team/Media Agencies
- Manage the tracking of proprietary product campaigns/proposals
- Set up a filing system for all proprietary campaign proposals and signed contracts
- Help with positioning, benchmarking and marketing materials for our proprietary products
- Other ad hoc administrative duties required to support GroupM Investment Team

**Required skills & traits**:

- Independent and meticulous, with high level of initiative
- Possess a positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Working with GroupM Investment Team, to provide recommendations of the advertising solutions to meet the needs of clients
- Strong project management skills to work with media partners on campaigns briefs
- Able to prioritize and multitask to meet the given deadlines
- Creative and proficient with Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel

**Additional Skills**:

- Studies in Media /Mass Communication/Marketing preferred
- Excellent English writing skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
