Groupm Nexus Media Intern

We are hiring a** Media Intern** to support the regional marketing and communications team to deliver day-to-day activities for **GroupM Nexus** - the world’s largest performance organization that fuels the growth of leading brands which power the global economy. The media intern will report to the Marketing Director, GroupM Nexus APAC.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the production of case studies and maintenance of the content repository
- Ensure consistent standard of excellence and brand consistency in the development of marketing & comms collaterals
- Assist with content migration and maintenance of internal/external web channels (SharePoint, socials, website etc)
- Support the creative development of collaterals and media production
- Support internal and external event marketing initiatives across the region
- Manage the regional swag inventory and distribution
- Monitor the media and social landscape
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Undergrads and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Software skills: Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Major in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration preferred
**A Major Plus**
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design programs
- Understanding of interactive advertising/digital marketing
- Familiarity with online media/advertising technologies
- HTML experience
