We are currently looking for a **HR Generalist** to join us for a 12 month contract. You will play a key role in the Singapore HR team from both an operational and advisory perspective.

The role covers multiple areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee life cycle management, employee relations, talent management, foreign talent engagement, mobility support, and HR policy and process governance.
**Reporting of the role**

This role reports to: HR Lead, Singapore

**In three months, you will be**:

- Building trusting and positive relationships with colleagues throughout GroupM
- Solidly navigating the organisational structure to support your stakeholder management.
**In six months, you will be**:

- Confidently and correctly advising on level 2 case management issues
- Building trusting relationships with the agencies, having established credibility as a reliable and responsive advisor.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Provide business partnering support to assigned business groups
- Advisory for operational HR matters:

- Employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Immigration, visas, and work authorisation
- Internal mobility and relocations
- COVID management
- Employee wellness programs
- Collaborate with HRBPs, talent acquisition and talent development to deliver holistic HR advice
- Support the implementation and communication for new or revised HR initiatives
- Liaison with government advisories
- Stay and exit interviews, with the qualitative data being analyzed for intervention options and trends.
***What you will need**:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an HR generalist within a fast paced, matrixed, MNC environment
- University degree/Diploma in an HR discipline or equivalent on the job experience
- Proficient with local employment legislation and directives, including hiring of foreign talent and COVID management
- General knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices, including understanding key deliverables within the employee lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with data analytics so as to provide solutions to business leaders
- Experience in supporting HR projects and initiatives
- Demonstrated resilience: Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel
- this is a 12 months direct contract role with possibility of extension.
