Responsibilities
- Provide primary administrative support for HR procedures & processes, including documentation and correspondence management
- Manage full cycle recruitment and selection activities through to onboarding stage
- Well versed in recruitment function
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies & procedures
- Supporting management of employee relations
- Resolving questions and queries from team as first point of contact
- Support & deliver training & development activities
- Provide full administrative support to the team and back up reception as required
- Maintain employee files in audit ready condition
- Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
- A HR diploma/degree, or business-related degree
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and employee relations skills
- High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
- Promote an environment that encourage collaboration and employee engagement
- Able to speak 2 languages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
