Executive, HR Shared Services

We are seeking an individual with a growth mindset to join us as an Executive, HR Shared Services. In this role, you will be part of our dedicated Human Resource (HR) team providing HR services partnering our leaders, in support of building and strengthening our people agenda to achieve our organisation’s goals of transforming lives in Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) and Pathlight School. The HR organisation is on digitalisation and transformation journey, so there will be opportunities to learn progressively.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Executive, HR Shared Services, you will perform the following areas of work:
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- Benefits administration including insurance
- Payroll administration
- HR records and databases
- HR dashboards
- Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of HR policies and procedures
- Involve in HR initiatives and projects
- Other HR-related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Comfortable in handling numerical data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
