**About This Role**

We’re looking for a **B2B Content Writer to join our Content team**, to drive awareness, customer engagement and brand loyalty for Glints B2B offerings, thus enabling market penetration and positioning Glints as a thought leader in the HR space and the preferred solutions partner for employers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure Glints Intl B2B blog content is highly discoverable and attracts prospects by incorporating SEO best practices during content creation
- Produce articles and ebooks that are relevant to the target audience, fulfills business needs and addresses current content gaps, while ensuring published contents are constantly iterated on for greater lead generation
- Ensuring the editorial calendar is up-to-date and be responsible for producing work on time
- Ensuring content is compelling, well-researched, well-structured and is written without grammatical & writing errors in English, while adhering to Glints’ content pillars and creation guidelines
