Singapore ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Context**:

- Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients.
- Ensure that the project is delivered in time, within scope and within budget, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors,
- Lead planning, design and implementation of the project, managing both budget and resource allocation (Budget and timeline follow-up),
- Organize & lead the Monthly Steering committees including CIO and senior stakeholders to update IT management on project status, asset migrations, risks & issues,
- Organize & coordinate operational meetings (Weekly OPCO to discuss roadmap, technical topics), following on technical progress, migrations (environment creations, testing, documentation, etc.),
- Track Project performance, specifically to analyze the success completion of short and long-term goals as defined in the IPO,
- Identify, communicate and document risks and their mitigation strategies,
- Follow & assist where specified in the project lifecycle and processes and go through all the different committees to get the right validations (investment committee, kick-off, architecture, go-live etc.),
- Ensure that all project processes are followed and all documentation updated as per the changes with the cloud migrations:

- _IT system diagrams _
- _Applications referential and CMDB _
- _Asset documentation _
- _Production documentation _
- Organize & monitor external vendors performance review with various validation milestones agreed jointly with the vendor and top management,
- In charge of leading the Outsourcing, Legal & Compliance assessment required on the context of the program,
- In charge of reporting at Group level and any other Ad Hoc reports required on M2C,
- In charge of ensuring Knowledge transfer to ADM and production teams (documentation and execution are managed by the vendor) is effective and closed via a proper sign-off of the training campaign,
- Build and follow business case of the program (potential and realized savings, additional RUN costs etc.)
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- **8+ years of experience working in Project Management roles where technical teams have been involved**
- **Technical knowledge or background**
- **Experience on Cloud migration & Cloud technologies**
- Experience with Regulatory requirements around Cloud and Data protection
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Experience in Financial & Banking industry,
- SCRUM/Agile experience.
- Strong ability to synthetize and communicate, both oral and written
- Experience managing and delivering programs, with multiple teams and project managers involved and not under your direct supervision
- Experience managing outsourcing vendors for delivering part of your projects
- Mastery of Office and collaboration tools, in particular: Excel, Powerpoint, JIRA, Confluence
- Extensive senior stakeholder engagement and effective C-Suite communication skills.
